What Officers are Saying

Originally, I wanted to be a police officer. I planned on using this as a stepping stone. I only planned on working here for about two years. Once those two years hit, I couldn’t leave. It was comfortable, the pay is too good, the benefits are amazing, and the controlled environment limits my stress. You just can’t beat it.

—Officer Weir

There are a lot of resources and support. Everyone helps each other out. It feels like a family. We have great field training officers, too.

—Officer Abot

I like the diversity here. There are a lot of nationalities and opportunities for both males and females. No matter if you take a specialty position or management, it’s open to everyone.

—Officer Adcock

The company culture helps with personal and professional development. The work environment makes me feel like I am a part of a team and I feel safe.

—Officer Al-Hirez

I like working here because I get to use my previous experience and education in the jobs I do today.

—Sergeant McCoy
